Brody and Payton,

October sure was a busy month!!! We had lots going on but lots of fun too! Here is what we did this month!

The first few weeks in October were fairly normal. You both went to school daily and mommy and daddy worked. Payton is adjusting to a new nap time and using a sleep sac at school. She is doing great! Brody is learning new things and your vocabulary is increasing so much at school!!!

The first weekend, Brody got dehydrated and threw up in the car. Not fun for any of us! So that Saturday and Sunday we stayed home and got B to feeling better! October 13-15, daddy went to OKC for a youth pastor conference. Sunday night there was a tornado threat so mommy did not sleep too well! I got everything ready in case it came so I could protext yall if it came. The next day, Monday, yall were in extended care at pre-school. I picked yall up and Brody said, "my tummy hurts". I didnt think too much of it and we ran to the store. On the way home, you threw up Brody! SEVERAL times, all over the car. I see a theme here! :) We got home and got you cleaned up. I was by myself so it was kind of chaotic. Brody, you kept throwing up until 2 am. You also wouldnt drink so we were worried you were getting dehydrated. Mommy also started feeling bad about 10 pm. I was sick all night too. Lots of chills and other not fun stuff. The next day Lauren came and picked up Payton to take her to school while I took Brody to the doctor and we rested. Daddy got home that night right as we all felt better! But, daddy came down with it on Saturday. Not fun!!!

We had lots of dance parties, playing with toys, walks, and fun throughout October. We also went and saw lots of youth doing their thing. We went to basketball games, football games, volleyball games! It was lots of fun and Brody you loved it! We also went to the pumpkin patch! We happen to see Cole there and you loved it Brody!! We looked for pumpkins but didnt find any, Brody and daddy went on the tractor ride, Brody fed the goats, Brody ran around with Cole in the Hay Maze, and we did the kid maze together! Lots of fun!

We also went to Mark and lauren's for Halloween. We saw a mad scientist for a little bit, then went trick-or-treating! It was very cold! Brody, you were a really cute pirate! Payton, you were popcorn!! :) Then we went to their house after and Brody enjoyed playing with Luke and we got to visit with friends!

Brody:

When I told you we couldn't watch a video after church you said, "That is so mean mommy. That is so mean!"
You learned about letters at school, dinosaurs, saw firemen and police men, did a pumpkin patch, learned about spiders, and webs, and lots of other fun stuff!
New words: pumpkin, tractor, melanie, and many more!
Like to eat chicken, tortillas and cheese, strawberries, rice, yogurt, applesauce, milk with carnation good start in it, water, gatorade, beans, corn, oatmeal.
Love Mickey and Mickey Mouse Clubhouse, Super Why, Shake it off by Taylor Swift, Daniel Tiger.
Sleep from about 8:30-6:30.
About 28 pounds and 3 ft 1 in.

Payton:
Babbling lots!
Starting sitting on your own with just a little bobble
Smile at everything!
Eat 5 ounces every 3:30 hours
1 feeding at night - sleep 8 - 6:30
2 naps
Started rice cereal - you are indifferent about it! :)
LOVE chewing on ANYTHING!

I love you both more than words could ever describe. Know that I am always there for you to love you and support you! So is your father. You are our prides and joy! I love you Brody Scott and Payton Noelle - SSSOOO MUCH!!
