The Dub Shack: May 2013

Brody,

May was a busy and exciting month. It was the last month of school for you and mommy!! We traveled some and we got to see friends!

Personality: Your personality is shining through this month! You are on independent, stubborn boy! You like to do your own thing, on your own time. If we mess that up, you less us know! It is fun watching you become so independent and do things on your own now.

Sleeping: You are still sleeping well! We have been so blessed to have such a good sleeper! You rise early but sleep well through the night! Wake up call for you is about 6:30 am.

Eating: You are still picky and eating pretty much the same foods as last month. You have really gotten into feeding yourself with utensils and you are loving it. You dont like to have help either. Meal time is a little messy :)

Playing: You are still active!! You love moving and playing with lots of things. This month you enjoy your car, the ball pit, and your musical toys. You love the playground and to be outside. You also love to go on walks and take Mav. You don't like being separated from him now!

Things we did: We had lots of fun. We went to OKC for Uncle Jared's graduation. We saw lots of family! The not fun part was when you, mommy, and daddy all got the stomach bug. YUCK! We all felt pretty rotten. We celebrated MOther's Day in OKC. It was perfect because I got to spend my day with you!!! You are my special gift! Then on the last day of school we went to Houston. Daddy performed a wedding and we stayed in Houston and visited old friends. Everyone loved seeing you!! The last week of May you and mommy played a lot! We went to the library, played outside, and went to the park. We are out for the summer!!

Health: The only health thing this month was getting the stomach bug! No Fun!

2) Feed yourself with a spoon by yourself

3) Love putting clothes in the dryer

4) Put yourself to sleep very well

5) Love playing outside

6) Love sliding

7) Love dancing

8) Love "scaring" Mommy and Daddy

9) Love playing in mommy's make-up

10) Love Maverick!! Love to hug hi, wrestle, etc. and walk him and hold his leash.

11) Know where your teeth, eyes, hair, shoes, feet, tummy, arm, nose, ear, and mouth are.

12) About 25 pounds, 18-24 or 2T clothes, 5/6 shoe, size 4 diaper

13) Like to help me at the grocery store and ride in the back

14) Like to do family hugs!

15) You mimic everything mommy and daddy does

16) Can do a fish face

17) Had first snow May 3

Brody you make every day fun and an adventure! Mommy and Daddy are so glad we get to be your parents. We would do anything for you and love you very much!
