 Let me just say, March was a DOOZY!!! Lots and lots happened this month that was a bit crazy!

The dreaded Hobby Lobby story. 

Brody and Payton had dress up like what you want to be when you grow up day. Of course mommy waited until the last minute! So we had to run fast to Hobby Lobby for mommy to get stuff to make things for Brody to be a police officer and Payton to be an Art Teacher. While in Hobby Lobby, mommy was moving a bit fast. Brecken was in the cart and mommy stopped quickly to look at paint things. As I stopped, Brecken went flying forward and landed on the ground with his head. It was one of the most scary things that has happend. Brecken, your head swelled up immediately, and you got a huge goose egg. Mommy was scared to death. But we talked to some doctors and decided you were not in any immediate danger. We watched you for a while and you were ok! Here are pics showing the progression!

We started the month off good. Daddy went on a trip to go to the Leadership Conference in Ohio. Nana came to stay with mommy to help her out. The world seems to be getting a little crazy right now. There is a virus that has spread in China and other parts of the world called the Coronavirus or COVID-19. It is now in the US and starting to spread. While Nana was at our house, Mommy stocked up on some food and other items. Daddy got home on Wednesday night and everything started happening fast. The NBA and MLB shut down, places all over the country shut down, and schools were closing. On Thursday Mommy got the notice that the schools would be closing and March 13th was our last day to go to school in person this month! Which means we did virtual!! It was quite the adventure. You guys did awesome! It was hard at times but we made it through this month. We are not sure when we will go back, but we are making it work! Here are some things we did with our time at home. 

Payton started softball! But only had 2 practices! :( Then it was closed)

Mommy did get to go to IF:Gathering before things were closed.

February 2020

 This month was good! 

We played outside. (Payton colored outside! :)) 

We went to Hayes' birthday party. After that, 3 of the kids from the party came down with the flu. :( Payton was one of them. You also had an ear infection and Brecken had a double ear infection. Fun times with cold and flu season! 

We celebrated Valentines together, and got to go to a Hogs basketball game! Mommy and the kids had never been before!

Poor sweet P, you got a terrible rash! We don't really know what it was from, but could have been from your fever after the flu. It moved all over your body. Here are a few pictures. 

Mommy and daddy got to go to Branson for Ministers and mates retreat! It was a great weekend away to refresh and you guys got to hang with Lolly and Peeps! The only pictures we took were when we stopped at the gas station to get a huge ice cream! 

Overall, it was a great month. We had some sickness, but we made it through! I cannot believe it is already February and we are moving through this year!
