December 2019

December is always so fun but so busy!!!

Brody got to read the first Sunday of advent reading for the first time. He did such a great job!!!

Jingle brought us matching pajamas and we looked at Christmas lights in our jammies with hot chocolate.

We watched a million Christmas movies, including Home Alone a million times.

We had our youth Christmas Party (Flannels and Frost) and you guys love doing the white elephant with us. Brecken got rocks and a car freshner and he loved it. Brody got a plunger, whoopie cushion, and poop silly string. Payton got nail polish.

We went and saw Santa and told him our wish list. Brecken was not having it!! He did not cry but would not touch him.

You all had Christmas parties at school. This time I went to Payton's Christmas party. We did crafts and ate snacks. 

Brody had his first piano recital and did awesome! No mess ups and so brave! 

We also had our Life group Christmas party. We exchanged gifts as a family and had a meal together.I love that you all love going to life group! We love it so much! 

We finished the semester and then headed off to our Christmas travels. We first stopped on our way to Killeen to see granny. Then we went to Killeen for a week and got to spend time with the Moser's. It was so much fun. We also saw Spies in Disguise. It was ok but not the best. 

Then we went to Amarillo for time there. We spent time with all of our cousins there, had time at the park, opened gifts, and just had lots of fun! We spent New Years day there and headed home on the 2nd! 

It was a great Christmas season and we are so very blessed.

November 2019

We started the month off with family pictures! You kids did so, so good! Here are just a few!

Mommy and daddy went on Fall retreat with the youth group. While we were gone, you got to spend the weekend with Lolly and Peeps! You guys had lots of fun and so did we! We took 30 people! 

The next week, Brody got some kind of tummy bug. Luckily we were able to keep it to just him! We went to Adom's birthday party at Chuck-E-Cheese, 

We then decorated for Christmas! We do it a little early since we are gone for Thanksgiving. I always love getting Christmas set up.You guys help out with the tree part!

The last day of school before Thanksgiving break, we took you to see Frozen 2! It was a really cute movie and you all loved it! 

Mommy has gotten into sewing and I made my first blanket for Aunt Stephanie. It wasn't great, but good for my first time!!! 

Then we headed to Amarillo for Thanksgiving. We played basketball, mom and dad went to an escape room, played with cousins, looked at lights on the bus with everyone (Candy Cane Lane), and had a great time!

Then we headed home to finish out the rest of the semester for school! 

I love you guys so much it hurts!
