I write monthly post on how you are growing, changing, milestones, what we did, etc. But I just wanted to stop and write you a letter that had nothing to do with that. I just wanted to tell you how much I love you and what you mean to me!

Little man, you bring so much joy to my life. Your smile brightens my day every.single.day! There is not a day that goes by that I am not thanking my heavenly Father for the gift of you. Man, how did I get so lucky to be able to be your momma sweet boy? I am one blessed girl.

Your fun personality keeps my on my toes! You are goofy and I never know what you are going to get into next. You say "yea" to anything and everything. Yesterday this was our conversation: Me: "Do you have a girlfriend?" You: "Yea". Me: "Is she pretty?' You: "yea". Me: "Are you going to marry her?" You: "Yea". Me: "Do you want a tattoo?" You: "Yea". See you say yea to just about anything. And it is so darn cute. Sometimes when you get real excited you say "Yea, yea, yea!" You are a ham and love to cheese it up. It just makes me smile.

My heart beams when I think about you. When are around people I am so proud that I get to be your mommy and the one holding your hand as we walk. I love your sweet hugs and kisses and they melt my heart. Everyday you do something and I think, He is just so cute!

Brody, I will always be your biggest fan. It doesn't matter where you are or where I am, I am your biggest fan. I will always support you and love you. I will always encourage you! When I discipline you, it is not because I am mad at your or think any less of you, it is because I want you to learn from your mistakes to help you become a better man one day. It is out of love. Baby boy, you can do anything you put your mind to. Know that in the backgroud, mama is right there with you cheering you one and loving you. I will always be there for you through anything and everything. You can always count on me! I love you more than you will ever know love bug!

You are 1 1/2 this month! Next thing I know you will be 2! This has been such a fun month with you. Every month just gets better and better having you in our life!

Fits: This month you are still throwing your fits. If you do not get something you want you throw yourself on the ground or collapse and scream. We are working with trying to stay calm and talk to you calming to try and get you to calm down. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. Sometimes, we have to do time out. :(

Sleeping: Sleeping well! You go to sleep pretty clockwork at 7:30 pm and pretty clockwork wake up about 7:00 am. Sometimes you cry throughout the night but most of the time you are good about putting yourself back to sleep. This is just the same as last month. The Lord has blessed us with a wonderful sleeper!!

Eating: Eating is back down and picky this month. They keep telling us, he will eat when he is hungry. So we say ok! Your favorite food by far is cheese! This month you also love avacados, bananas, yogurt, sweet potatoes, green beans, corn, baked beans, potatoes, rice, hot dogs, mac and cheese, apples, and strawberries.

Playing: You play and play and play! You love dancing, your ball pit, your slid, pushing cars and making noises, wrestling with mommy and daddy, chasing and being chased, playing outside, bouncing things, legos, puzzles, and books. Backyardigans, Mickey Mouse Club and Mater Tales are your favorite things to watch. You like riding in the shopping carts too! This is like last month but you are very similar. You also love reading books more and watching a more variety of cartoons. You love walking in grass too.

Things we did: The first weekend in March, Mommy and Daddy went on a retreat with our youth group. Lolly and Aunt Kathy came to Bentonville and stayed at the house with you. They said you did great and that you were a little angel! Mommy missed you lots but so glad you did well with them!! The next few weeks were normal for us. We went to school, church, and hung out as a family. The 3rd week of March was Spring Break!! Yahoo! Mommy loved having a WHOLE week with you! Saturday we cleaned the house and got that out of the way. We also went to the dog park for the first time with Maverick. You loved going up and down the hill! Monday we played at home. It was very cold outside. Tuesday we went with Zaylee to the library story time. You didnt really care about story time but LOVED the stairs and fish tank! I could not get you away! That afternoon, DiFab came and we went to the dog park again. Wednesday went to church and you played basketball a little while. In the afternoon we hung out and played. Thursday we played again. Thursday night we headed on a spur of the moment trip to OKC. We stayed with Josh and Mindy. You were able to meet baby Paxton and see Laura, we were able to see the Rickey family, we were able to spend time with the Smith family all on Friday. We really enjoyed it all and you had fun! We came home Saturday. We had another normal week with a good Friday service on Friday. We are teaching you all about Jesus even though you don't understand yet. Saturday we went to an Easter egg hunt at the Orchards. holy smokes - tons of people! You were a clingon to me at the hunt and it was over so quick because there were so many kids. You wanted to just walk around most of the time. Sunday we had a beautiful Easter service and celebrated Jesus. We had lots of fun at the Red's house Sunday night celebrating. You were a bit grumpy but I think it is because you have 4 teeth coming in. That is kind of our life lately, crys for no reason and some temps.

Health: Overall you were healthy this month! You had your 18 month check up and did well. You were 24 pounds! Big boy. I have to check the height - I cant remember. I do know you were in the 25% for height and weight and 10% for head circumference. You are a small boy. But you are our small boy! :) You did get a pretty high fever for a day but got over it quickly. You had your first dentist appointment and hated it!! But your teeth now look good and you have 4 coming in at once! That explains the grumpy! :) You also have some teeth that are not coming in straight because you have a small mouth. The dentist said you will likely need braces when you are older. Were starting to save now! :)

Lots of growing and changing this month. Your personality is so fun!! You are very goofy like your daddy! You are becoming super independent and you don't want help with anything. You are so fun to be around and watch play! I love hearing your laugh, watching you smile, listening to you "talk", You bring so much happiness and laughter into our life! Mommy and Daddy would do anything for you! You are our joy and pride. You are our everything!
